Shipping is free for all purchases over $60.00 NZD
Delivery times from the day of dispatch are approx 1-5 working days for urban centers and 3-10 working days for rural delivery. There may be delays in shipping times over public holidays.
We use NZ post standard post for free shipping options. We use local couriers for tracked post options to ship all goods to urban centers and rural areas and tracking numbers are emailed upon dispatch. PO Box and Private Bag addresses are shipped with NZ post standard delivery (no tracking available).
Earplugstation is not responsible for delays in shipping once goods have been dispatched but if you have not received your goods within 7 working days of placing your order please contact us and we will begin an inquiry.
